Recommendations for COVID
Health Suggestions
Master Hou suggests that you follow your local government’s guidelines, including practicing proper Social Distancing and wearing a mask in public. Additional sanitary measures should be taken such as washing your hands regularly.
If you haven’t already, check out the guidelines provided by the CDC and WHO.
Most importantly, you should be treating your body correctly. Chinese medical theory tells us that right now we should be eating lots of Proteins and Vegetables. We do this to build up our Immune System and tonify the kidneys (to learn more about Tonifying the Kidneys, join the workshop below). According to 5 Elements Theory, this will help strengthen our Lungs. The Corona Virus badly effects the lungs, and so we also suggest doing Qigong exercises designed to help strengthen our lungs.
The below videos are based on ancient knowledge and are designed to be preventative, to help strengthen our lungs and to help us fight the effects of the virus. They are NOT a “cure”.

Protecting Our Lungs
COVID-19 really badly effects the Lungs, and can cause permanent damage the lungs. We suggest feeding our body with the proper nutrition to tonic our kidneys and help keep our immune system strong. We also do the following QiGong exercise to help protect and strengthen our lungs.
Helping with Symptoms
This method of applying alcohol topically to the skin has proven to be a great remedy for symprtoms from viruses, including this Corona Virus, and can be extremely effective when applied to the specific points as shown in this video.
Using Herbs for Lung Circulation
While this remedy will not stop COVID-19, practicing this Breathing Exercise with these common herbs will help your lungs to open and allow proper circulation of Oxygen which is essential to keeping your body strong and healthy.
